What a week looks like
Fish fingers and chips on a school night, twelve minutes from freezer to plate. Chicken thighs one side, halloumi and peppers the other on a Friday. Sunday: roast potatoes on Extra Crisp in basket one, parsnips and carrots in basket two, oven left free for the joint and the Yorkshires. Monday, the leftovers go back in on reheat and come out crisp rather than soggy.
Because each basket runs its own programme, you're not cooking everything at one temperature and hoping. And because the finish-together setting staggers the start, nothing sits going cold while the other half catches up.
